Minimum Activity Requirements

Inactivity creates a burden on staff resources and time that can be better spent improving our VA for active pilot's.

In order to maintain an organized and active roster, all pilot's are expected to abide by our Minimum Activity Requirements.

Canada Air Virtual will not issue inactivity warnings to pilots.

It is the pilot's responsibility to ensure he/she is meeting the minimum activity requirements.

If a pilot finds he/she can not meet our minimum activity requirements it is the pilot's responsibility to submit an LOA request.

LOA requests that are submitted after a pilot has been already placed on the inactive roster will not be accepted.

Applicants must submit their first approved flight report within seven ( 7 ) days of registration acceptance using CAVacars to remain on our active roster.

Applicants that do not meet this requirement will simply be dismissed without notice.

Pilot's must submit a minimum of one ( ) flight report per Calendar month using CAVacars to remain on our active roster.

Pilot's that do not meet our Minimum Activity Requirements for any given Calendar month will be placed on our inactive roster on the 1st of the next Calendar month.

Pilot's that still remain on our inactive roster at the end of that Calendar month will simply be dismissed for inactivity without notice.
