The McKenzie River is the longest river system in Canada, and has the second largest drainage basin of any North American river after the Mississippi River. The Mackenzie River flows through a vast, thinly populated region of forest and tundra entirely within the Northwest Territories in Canada, although its many tributaries reach into five other Canadian provinces and territories. The river's main stem is 1,738 kilometers (1,080 mi) long, flowing north-northwest from Great Slave Lake into the Arctic Ocean.

Description: The Nile River is the longest river in Africa and the disputed longest river in the world. It's approximately 6,650Km (4,130Ml) long. This tour is 2,330.07Nm as the crow flys. You begin your journey in the town of Jinja which lies on the banks of Lake Victoria, Uganda, where the great river begins it's trek north to the Mediterranean Sea. Meandering your way north (down stream ) to Juba in South Sudan, continuing further north you will arrive at Khartoum in the Sudan. Khartoum was established in 1821 and served as an outpost for the Egyptian Army. Continuing down stream you reach Luxor the Valley of The Kings and The Valley of The Queens. Meandering your way further north to Cairo then on to Alexandria on the coast of the Mediterranean Sea.

Visit those medieval towns with their perched castles in France and Germany. Enjoy the beautiful landscape offered by challenging VFR flights to small but famous towns and a big airports as Dusseldorf. You might take a look at Heidelberg and land near the famous F1 racing track Hockenheim. Watch for those ancient windmills along the way.
