By completing this application you agree to the following:

• You agree to submit your first flight within seven (7) days of your registration acceptance
• You agree to submit a minimum of one (1) flight per Calendar month
• You agree that your Pilot Profile will be maintained and up to date
• You must have and maintain a valid email address throughout the duration of your membership
• You own a legal copy of MS Flight simulator, Prepar3d, or X-Plane
• You agree to adhere to Canada Air Virtual's Code of Conduct as outlined in our Knowledge Base documents
• You must comply with all VATSIM/IVAO Regulations when flying online using the Canada Air Virtual callsign
• Canada Air Virtual reserves the right to deny any application for any reason

Password Requirements

Your password must Contain at least:

• 1 upper case letter
• 1 lower case letter
• 1 number
• 8 characters

You will receive an email immediately upon submitting this form. You must use the provided link to activate your account.

Application Processing Times

It may take up to 48 hours for your application to be approved after you have activated your account.
