The new Canada Air Virtual website is now live! We encourage you to look around at the new site. Here’s what you need to know.

One of the first things you need to do is reset your password. Visit the same URL as always, click on Login and follow the instructions. This will get you access to your profile. Please double check that your stats, awards, tour progress, and other information came across properly.

Next, you must install smartCARS 3. This is similar to our current ACARS but WAY more versatile. Please visit https://kb.canadaairvirtual.ca/books/smartcars-3 and follow the instructions. You’ll learn about this amazing tool and how to use it. For a list of what else is new, visit our Website Patch Notes in the new Knowledge Base.
